my check engine, ASC And ABS lights have all come on at the same time and stay on. the car seems to operate with no problems. Has any one seen this before?

Yeah, usually when theres a bunch of faults in the system.
The ABS and ASC lights will come on if you have a bad wheel sensor. You could have a bad control module, ABS pump.. so on, so forth.
The check engine light can come on for about 400 reasons... most common, o2 sensors.
How many miles is on your car?
Someone needs to interrogate the fault memory to get an exact reading.
