No, that's not OEM... but it's hard to tell because the pic is so small... :-/



It's an OEM replica; does it have any markings on it? Without any identifiers it will be damn hard to track down the manufacturer.

It's not an identical design to the OEM wing (so, yes in that case it's not strictly a "replica" either).



The mounting of the LED strip is in a different location to OEM.

I think the factory spoliers have the LED more centered horizontally and have a more 'blocked' look around the edges....in the pic shown the LED appears to be at the lower edge of the spoiler and the edges appear 'rounder'

The OE looks higher in the middle (not as flat) it also has the BMW logo on the lense (not that you can see it in this photo) :

^^^ both of those pics are from a different OEM spoiler than the pictured one is trying to replicate, therefore they will look different by default.



Nevetheless, the first pic is a "replica" spoiler because the OEM one has the LED panel centred, on a vertical plane, in the spoiler, not hanging off the lower edge.
