That song was clipped from a 60 minute long Essential Mix of a Paul Oakenfold set live at Space in Ibiza. I have never been able to identify the name of the track, and I have looked for over three years. However I recently figured out how to strip the rest of the MP3 away so I could isolate just that song.

Since people are kind of digging the Z4, here are the Supersprint exhaust pics from delivery to today's install:

Now this is where I was a bit surprised. Considering that Supersprint is one of the highest quality exhaust manufacturers in the world, I would have thought that they could have come up with a better system for the Z4. I would have preferred one that didn't require the stock pipes be cut with a sawzall so that the new pipe could be clamped on. However, from looking at the long continuous stock pipe, I don't see anywhere that could have been clamped/unclamped to be replaced with the Supersprint piece. So who knows. :???:

Off topic, but has anyone here been to Space (the club !) ? That’s one hell of a crazy place, we drove past at noon and they are still going for it in the midday sun ! :dance:

That’s after the pre party at M bar (night before) and then Privilege (That’s till 8 in the morning). I don’t think anyone’s dancing for that long on beer / red bull only … :eek2:

Me and my mate made it to the end of Privilege and then slept all day plus half the following night ! :sleeping:

Is Paul Oakenfold big in the states ? He’s quite big in the UK, if my work PC (don’t have one at home) had speakers I might be able to identify it for you ...

I'd say he's fairly big within the right circles in the States. I have a bunch of his stuff. He did the sound track for a popular movie Swordfish a while back. He's not on mainstream radio, but that's probably a good thing.

Oakenfold is one of the biggest, most well known dj's in the world.

Its not on mainstream raido around here because, unlike europe, we don't have pure trace stations, which kinda sucks IMO.

I know I've never been able to.

I have yet to make it to Ibiza, but it is on my short list of "must visits" when I finally get around to travelling out of the country. As for DJs, I think Oakenfold has become a victim of his own overwhelming popularity (although I still like him), and I picked up the new Tiesto almost three weeks ago and it hasn't left my player since.

The Z4 does feel faster, especially on the high RPM end, with the new exhaust, but it could easily be the placebo effect. I should have gotten the thing on the dyno before the modifications started, because once the midpipe and headers are on there will be no way of knowing its stock output.
