Cut it open with a grinder, air chisel, whatever you like Cut the top portion off of it so you cant see the welds later on.

And then cut all the **** out of it. All the baffles, pipes, everything, leaving an empty chamber. Weld back together, and your good to go.

Intresting. Does the car feel different?

Not much of a difference. Maybe at high rpms. 4k+

Its not slower either, so i dont know. Ill let you know after this sundays auto-x. I think i felt more from the Cosmos CAI.

All i know is, euro hfm, chip, and injectors are next, followed closely by a ltw flywheel and new clutch. That should make a difference.

So its just the stock exhuast that is completly gutted? Man, that sounds a lot better than I expected it too... Ohh, since Sirius claimed the top speed, i claim the slowest, at 3.72 kb/s.

                    I just DL'ed at 617k/sec.

My cable modem is obscenely fast and I don't know why. I check the speed at bandwidthplace.com from time to time and the min it's ever been was 6 Megabits/sec. Just today it clocked at 11 Megabits/sec...which is CRAZY. I downloaded this Java SDK (93mb file) at an average speed of 1.08 MB/sec.

Seriously, it is the best 34.99 a month you can spend. It's much faster than my shared T3 ever got at college.

What the hell service is this?

We can pay extra for a 4mb connection heh, but the upload speeds still blow.

Supposedly across the ocean they are getting 10-12 mb connections for the same price. :banghead:

I have optimum online which I believe is a comcast service. Sorry to totally hijack your thread. The exhaust sounds pretty good. How did you make it yourself? I'm confused.

                          Haha, mods hijacking threads, :hmm:

Anyway, i cut it open, right above that little ledge, and went from there. I was originally gonna connect both ends, but cutting out certain sections was a pain in the ass. So i cut out everything. My muffler is now empty inside, and had it welded back up.

nice...that sounds pretty damn good. What do you think it'll do to emission testing?
