UUC EVO3 SSK differences?

I was on the uuc website looking up information on thier DSSR and it asks if you purshased the kit before or after 6/15/04. Whats the difference?

Wondering if their was a difference myself since I bought my SSK only about 3 months ago and would have liked to check that piece out.



My buddy put one in his 330 (EVO3 w/ DSSR) and sold his Rogue unit - said their was no comparison, the UUC was much smoother. I wonder if the DSSR really helps out that much or if the shifters are just that much different.

damn.. now i need to spend 100 more on my ssk.... does it really help....? also there was a difference between before and after june evo IIIs.?

There is a slight difference in the Evos from different dates.



I just helped install a new Evo 3 on a friend's E46 323i, with the DSSR. My last car was a 323i with the pre-June Evo 3 and no DSSR. The shift length felt similar, but the DSSR made a slight difference in side to side play and shift smoothness.
