Manual Trans. Fluid Change Help!!

hello everyone:

95 /// M3 Cosmos black

I have a Question: is it the same as Auto. Trans. fluid change to do an oil change on a manual?! I couldn't find any DIY sites on Manual Trans. fluid change.. anyone has a tip! any brand?

Also, I noticed that the clutch has gotten harder to eng. in as it was before, any idea on why?? ( no , the clutch is not slipping ).

It uses ATF fluid.

It's a bit easier than an auto.

I think most guys here will recommend the Redline D4ATF. I'm actually planning to do this soon to my car also, plus with some Redline 75w-90 in the differential.
