My clutch is getting stuck

Hey guys... on 2 or 3 occasions, my while i'm shifting from gear to gear, my clutch is getting stuck down towards the floor and it doesnt return back to where it should go. Is this is a bad clutch return spring or something like that? Anybody have this happen? I wouldnt want it to cause me an accident or something.

anyway, He was having the same problem... ended up being a slave cylinder, iirc.

Thanks ...i wasn't even thinkin of the whole hydraulic issue. Anyone else have any insight...where is the clutch fluid located?

It uses the brake fluid. Runs from the brake resivour.
