is there any chance that a euro M3 rev limit can be raised ? mines is on about 7400/7500rpm , also would more revs necessarily mean more power ?

What if you had a stock 3.2L 97, what parts from an evo could you replace to get evo numbers? Is it intake and exhaust differences or are there internal also?

Yep, you can go to at least 7800 with the ACS black box (ECU) and speed cut defender (need both I hear, I don't know why). Yes, Hp goes up as well.

Factor about $1500 Euro's for the lot... available from the dealer.

The highest street driven motors are in the 260 rwhp area with bolt ones. Open up the motor, raise the compression, head work, and 250 rwhp on stock cams is possible.

There are race motors that have cracked 300 rwhp.

3.4-3.5 s50's are trash motors.
