Low Idle / Vibration when stopped!

For example.. I pull up to a red light and come to a complete stop .. the car idles at about 550rpm and it causes the whole damn thing to vibrate. .especially the steering wheel. if i apply just a tad bit of gas - and bring the idle up to .. say a more nominal level such as 650-700 .. the vibration stops ..



dealer says they dont know whats wrong.. after 2 visits..



it cant be normal..



btw its automatic. putting it in neutral does not help!

Check the ICV, then check the actual throttle cable to make sure its tight and has no slack in it.. as it could be closed too far.
