    fast blinker

ops: My left signal light flashes really fast does anyone what the problem might be?

You have a burned out light bulb. Check them.

Modern cars are designed so that when one of the indicator bulbs burns out, it doubles the blink rate to let you know.

The left blinker on my Mazda has been doing that. Its not the bulb because they all work. I think its a relay going out because it doesn't do it all the time and the left and right blink at the same rate when the flashers are on. Its really irritating though.

Somtimes it seems like the bulb is out, but it's actually the 2nd filament in your turn signal that lights up brighter than the standby it is usually at....i.e...When you turn on your parking lights, the corner lights turn on, but when you turn they just blink brighter than when they are turned on and return to the parking light brightness and repeat until you have completed your turn or disengaged the turn signal lever. I flick the bulb and it works again.
