I work at the dealer here in SD (cunningham bmw) and we just hired a new guy who has a 96-97-98 (something around there?) Integra GSR... now this is not any normal 180 hp car.. haha.. he first off completely gutted the interior, added just 2 racing seats.. light weight racing wheels.. and of course, a JDM spec H22 motor with headers, intake and exhaust...



I agreed to race him after work... on the highway mind you... so at 65 in 3rd gear we did about 2-3 runs... i would lurch a tad at first and pull through 3rd with him right beside me, but once i hit my limiter in 3rd and stepped into 4th he pulled... *sigh*... guess if my car had the hp to weight ratio of his it would have been a little different story? oh well...just admitting defeat here.. and wishing i had some new mods to kick his ass... haha later guys

I would not call "Uncle" just yet. His car is very built, yours is not.



If you were to perform comperable engine mods to your M3, you would be saying "what GSR," not "a highly modified GSR pulled me."

depends on whether or not the race is nearly over...not worth the shift if it's almost done (unless of course you'd overrev). Most of the time you should shift a decent amount before redline.

Damn that sucks. I know if raced Integra GsR and lost in My M3 I would be pisses off but just gte some more mods and take him on again. Those lil GsR with decent mods are pretty quick.

well..i know that! look at my little saying under my user name



but, he asked me to the challenge and i gave in...lol... im not upset... his car was modified for what he did to me... just admiting defeat here in case someone thinks that it's unpossible for a honda/acura to spank a M3 on a freeway..





btw: im sure his car rides like **** and is loud as **** from the inside... definetly not a car you would want to drive daily... i'll take my subtle performance car amenities and handling over that pos anyday...
