how to install a german plate

I got my german plate on the mail. 20 bucks on ebay not bad.. I got it with a plate holder but i have no idea how to install it. I was wondering if anybody had a site that i could look at. I know it should be fairly easy but there so many holes on the plate holder and i dont want to be riding around with the plate to high or low and look like a dumbass.

Assuming this is for the front only correct?



Will the plate fit on the front moulding that says BMW on it?



Thats where I mounted mine (non euro), but it looks like it'll fit a euro setup.

yeah the front that was made for the us plate.. I actually have both. one with holes and the other with the holes.

I mean that front moulding, like in my signature pic. With the recess in it. That doubles as the mounting point for the plates, but I am not sure if it'll fit a euro plate.

Yep...fit right in.. You just gotta guess and eyeball the plate to make it straight cause the molding they give you has so many different holes you can mount it with..
