I'm new to the site, a current Honda owner
, and planning an upgrade to an e36 M3. I am currently looking at a car in Austin, TX, at BMW of Austin. It is a black on black '97 coupe w/ 65,000ish miles. I say ish because in Sept. of 2002, the odometer was replace with 57k. There is a sticker on the door jamb and a BMW dealer service record and wear on the car appears to be consistent with stated milage (from the photos). My question is how much does this effect the value of the car? What is a good price on this car? They could not tell if the water pump had been replaced or not. Everything else seems to be in pretty good shape. I am in Arkansas and have not been able to see the car in person. Help a Honda owner better himself!
Thanks.
