My wife gave me the Sirius sat receiver for my Clarion ProAudio today. I was dreading running that huge CeNet wire from the headunit to the trunk when the idea struck me to put the receiver in the glove box. Since I had recently removed half of the right side of the dash to replace my microfilter :-) I remembered how to remove the glove box. I drilled a hole for the CeNet connect and ran the antenna wire down though the glove box light. I didn't want to put the Sirius antenna on the outside of my car so I mounted it in the center of the dash right up against the front window. Install was cake, reception and sound is great, and everything is buttoned back up.
I do hate cramming all those wires to reinstall the headunit. Our cars must have the least amount of space behind the radio that I have ever worked with.
So there you go guys. 30 mins and $79 later, I have Sirius sat radio integrated seamlessly with my headunit and I don't have to listen to the FM junk anymore.
