I have those too! The rings are smaller than some other options, but its because the whole light is recessed in the housing. It adds depth to the front of the car.

hey i got a question for all you headlight enthusiast... i just bought zkw's with the xtec kit... the startup yes is a little slow but once they're up it lights up the road like daylight.. well anyways.. teh zkw's come with projectors.. n eversince i was old enough to drive i've had a fetish for projectors and hid's.. i love that little dot with the beautiful blue/purple coming out of them.... well.. here's the thing with the new zkw's, they have that reflector surrounding the projector lens correct?.. so the projector doesn't even look like a projector from a far.... i was wondering if it was possible to kind of paint or cover up that reflector that surrounds the lens so it looks liek a true projector bulb from a far.. is this possible? how would i go abou tdoing it and would it affect light output... thanks for reading my damn long message haha.. cya guys

THere is a lens in front of the projector, it's a refractory lens, unless you don't care if you spread light in all directions, then remove it

Comparing a Ferarri's Marelli lights with the cheap looking Hella lights is demeaning to the Ferrari.



The idea is that those angel eyes look like little coccoons of ugly larvae.
