Does anyone know where I can find replacement seats - OEM or aftremarket for a '95 M3?
About a month ago I saw an add on www.roadfly.org from someone selling OEM almost new front seats from a 95M3 they were dove grey vaders. I think he was in New Jersey, and I think it was $500 for the front seats, but I'm not sure.
It would probably be cheaper to get aftermarket seats, but if you want OEM, check around. They're out there.

There has been several things that during my M3 restoration project that I have not been able to do myself. In each case I had to make about a dozen phone calls to different shops to ge the best price. It was amazing how on in each case the prices ranged from the low end to over double on the high-end. Restoring the seats were no exception.
I had both of my Vader seats reupholsltered for $600. You need to do some searching, but I found two shops that would do it for about the same price; every other shop wanted double, $800 per seat being the high end.
You need to find a shop where the owner doesn't drive a Hummer, so it's not going to be in the fancy part of town. The guy who did mine has a very small, humble little shop where he has several friends just sitting around watching TV with them while he and his Brother (I think) work.
Alot of these guys who charge a fortune buy OEM leather kits that are like $700 for the set. Why? It's not like the BMW leather is that great. My guy transfered the M Power detailing from my old leather, so it still has the OEM look.
The thing is that I believe the quality of the affordable guys work is better because they almost rely entirely on refferals. The expensive guy charged you so much he doesn't really care, plus he advertises a bunch.
