Hey does anyone know where i can pick up some AA headers for my 95 M3. They arnt on the website but i hear they are a pretty tight buy. How much do they cost and what does the dyno test the increase at.

Search the forum as SupaBimma just posted about his experience with them.

THey were never produced in huge numbers or on the site for very long as they are BLATANT copies of the supersprint long-tube design.

Maybe you can call AA and ask them if they have any sets left, but they arent on the site for a reason.

there were 10 sets before i bought one, now there are 9 left in existance. good luck, AA may still have 9 or have alot less. eithery way you have to buy it with track pipe for legality reasons. Look for my post, i posted pictures. I will have before and after dyno soon.

I just ordered the Christmas special with the headers and the trackpipe for around $1345. At first, the trackpipe was on backorder, so AA was willing to sell me just the headers for about $850. Anyways, I've been hearing they only had about 9 left or so (which is crazy because I would have jumped on them sooner!) and I don't know if you can order them now that the Christmas special is over, but it's worth a shot! Here is the link to the headers on the AA website. I had to keep guessing the html to find it on the site since they took the link off :banghead: hope you enjoy!

P.S. Hey, Supabimma have you installed your headers yet? If so, I was wondering if you could tell me if it'll be a nice DIY project (I was able to install my catback kind of thing, and yes I'm not too mechanically inclined :nixweiss: ). Oh yea, do they sound sick? lol.

headers on a e36 are a PITA to install.

Damn, I suspected it wouldn't be so easy :starwars:

no headers are not installed yet, you will have to be patient. I will probably have them installed in 2-3 weeks, very busy trying to get the rest of the car setup properly. I will be doing URI crank pulley and etc to try and get the car running nice and then once I do that i'll do baseline dyno then after dyno.
