Quick adhesive question

My BMW roundel fell off my M contour wheel when I was washing my car today. The others are loose. What kind of adhesive should I use to affix it so it will not come off again? I have some 3M emblem adhesive. I used it on my Oldsmobile and the emblem fell off a little over a year later, so I really don’t trust it that much. Any suggestions?

Just get a new centercap, they are like $20.



If you don't want to do that, lightly sand the plastic part, then use some epoxy. That'll hold it in place.

actually, trev, i bought one a while back ago and looking on bavarian auto's site, if you have a 68 mm emblem like this one, its only $4.

edit: i forgot to mention, you won't have to worry about peeling off the previous emblem cuz that $4 gets you a new plastic cap w/ the emblem already on it

I attached it with some epoxy I had around. I think it will hold and if it doesn't, I'll just spring for new center caps.
