i have a Viper alarm with the window roll up module,... when i arm the alarm, the windows roll up,... and if i hold "aux" they will go down.... so from the begining,.. they installed this and it interfiered with the window rolling up the 1/4 inch when you close the door and down when you open,.. they just always roll up all the way,.. this dosnt bother me,.. accept that it is not what is supposed to happen,.. now,.. i ran the batttery in the car dead and after i jumped it,.. the windows go down everytime i open a door,.. this is really annoying and i havnt had a chance to drop it off at the stereo shop to fix it yet,.. but has anyone had this problem???

WHoa not sure... that is wierd sounds like they have some explaining to do. As for my set uo I ran the windows up by tapping the door lock fxtn of the car. So when I hit my function button my windows roll up, doors lock, and sunroof goes up.
I did not go with the windows down relay because these break, and I would never use it. Instead I got the remote start alarm Viper DEI (Valet)511R.
Only thing I can think of is try to reset the windows, hit the button up/down several times, sometimes they will recalibrate. They really messed up the wiring so I reccommend you take it back and have them deal with it... have them call the Viper (DEI) tech support and get the to fix it correctly they are very good.
