They do weight more because the seats are heavier. It doesn't really matter that much, especially if it's just a street car. My manual say 3175 lbs. 100 lbs. = ~.1 seconds in the 1/4 mile.

The seat weights between the sedan seats and vader seats is about 15 lbs each I believe. Not much of a difference.
