Which Best Plugs For 95' M3?

Other day I checked plugs to see what condition they were in, and when I took the plug out I almost passed out, it has a Bosch Platinum +4, heh, no wonder why I have rough idle in morning, and unstable idle, no vacuum leaks, no leaky boot, it just likes to bounce idle little bit even when it get's hot and sometimes in morning, it chokes and it get's to the point where it stalls out but then it comes back to normal 900rpms but little bouncy, long story short, which plugs do you guys recommend for 95' M3? I run NGKs on my turbo M20 and I love them!



NGKs or Denso? And what should I gap them to?

A lot of people recommend NGKs and that is what I have in my car. Honestly, I couldnt tell any difference between them and the old ones. I dont think you need to gap them either.



I forgot the exact model #, but someone will chime in with it.

Has anyone tried the Bosch 4303 no-gap plugs? They're touted as being better for cold starts among other things. Advance has them for $4.00ea. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the gap is .032

I am running Denso plugs, honestly I could not tell the difference. I do not plan on running them again when I change again. They are pretty pricey.

I have stock plugs...but will probably replace them with Densos gapped to .028 or so.

NGK & DENSO are the same company, but if you get either of their iridium spark plugs, you are set. iridium is much more consistent that platinum
