Thank you for replies to my questions concerning

1. Tilt Steering : not an option for my car

2. Air Bag indicator : pass sensor possibly / default to deploy - good

3. Check engine light : maybe vaccuum leak



I will keep investigating my new buy and sure to have more questions.

Just bought my M last November and had the same indicator light issues when I bought it. The check engine light was because the gas cap was wrong and didn't seal. Air bag light was coming on b/c of a bad sensor under the passenger seat (so I was told). :nixweiss:
