    Wanna Start Bets?

Well, I just had to do it.

I have a black on black 4 door and just knew I would be cookin this summer here in Florida so - The windows are now too dark to explain and the

visor as low as my chin. it does look a little "family", but I do have Brooklyn blood in me - no offense to anyone.

I LOVE IT - but I know it won't last long..

Starting a bet on how long it will take to get pulled over for it (haha) - will load photos when I get the car cleaned up - it's filthy.

Anyone else had troubles with this? Our police are bored here, had a friend get pulled over for windshield tint a couple weeks ago on his Altima.

Do you know what your state limit is? Every state has one, and if you go darker you're just giving the cops a free pass to hassle you.

MY town "naperville, Illinois" Is notorius for having cops who will hassle everyone for any reaseon, especially us younger guys. I Managed to drive my 3000GT with complety blacked out limo tint windows, and never got stopped or hassled once. usually i would roll the windows down when I saw a cop.

In CA it is illegal for any tint on the front 2 windows. When I was much younger, I had a pickup with limo tint. I was getting pulled over, and over, and over. Once by the same cop twice. He let me off, because the first time he pulled me over I saw him and rolled my windows down at around 11pm in January. He followed me for 10 minutes while I froze my ass off. I finally got fed up and rolled my windows up. That is when he pulled me over. The 2nd time he got me, he told me that he was telling everyone at the station.

florida has too many other problems to deal with... cops need to leave these people alone.

if they pull someone over for another violation, fine.. but to pull someone over for tint is pathetic.

Imagine you're a cop approaching a sedan with limo-tinted windows. You pull it over for a speeding violation, step out of your cruiser, approach the drivers window and wake up in the intensive care unit inches from death. You couldn't see the pistol in the driver's hand or the drugs being passed around in the back seat of the car because of this nice-looking black tint.

The law is there for a very valid reason. Find comfort within it.

I would at the very least roll my window down immediately if you are ever pulled over. I have found that the easier you make it for the cop, the more likely you are to get off with a warning.

That's exactly what I do. I've been pulled over multiple times and never had a cop say a thing about my tint being too dark (13% all around)
