My E30 would give that a run on street tyres no worries. 0-100k (0-62) it'd have me though for sure. Trap speed for my E30 would be closer to 120mph.
Haven't run as of yet. Simular setup here with less power on streets ran 12.3. I'm restricted by the cooler at the moment. Everything is built and spec'ed for 600+hp except the cooler which is only 450.
Wouldn't a half sec in that 1/4 mile (about 84 feet or 10 M3 carlengths) be a flat-out spanking? :smiley_ab
Let's say you managed a  12 flat, it would still be like 6 carlengths (50 ft) despite a few (2-5) more MPH in trap. :nixweiss:
Admittedly, I ain't about to lay out an 11.7 anytime soon. It's just what the bike is generally capable of in stock form. Some stock 1100S have hit 118MPH.
Actual 1/4 mile runs have a great way of reality-checking folks who think they know how to drag. I would probably be lucky to manage a 12.7. Maybe.
Nope, estimated flywheel! Otherwise it'd be pretty close to bang on 600 fly!
Looking at the bigger cooler set up! Just trying to justify it at the moment and hope the M3 stops eating through oil at the rate it has been.
0-60 the bike would be GOOONEEE I'd be looking at that rear wheel! Lot of fun those things, really wouldn't mind getting into it some point down the road I read a book by Ewan McGreggor about riding around the world on a BMW that gave me a huge respect for riding and the passion involved.
Yeah makes sense. Street tyres don't exactly make for the easiest launch with the E30 either! Tyres can tend to go up in smoke! It spins in third gear with a 3.25 diff in it
The one that ran the 12.3 has 30hp less and isn't geared for top end like mine is.
It'd need a set of BF Goodrich street slicks or straight slicks, it can be a right pain to get off the line well and get traction.
I just hope Kenny (MrBlonde) from DTM who's M Coupe is done at the same work shop isn't a member here! He'd take the crown
10.7@134mph. First time out on slicks easing it in. Car ran an 11.1@136 with street tyres so there's more in it with the slicks on it!

The new Kumho (victoracer?) is suposed to be a super bad arse drag tire and it looks like something from 1992.(stealthy)
wasn't there a guy w/ a supercharged convertible on this forum? I haven't been on here in months.. but I remember there used to be a boosted vert owner on here..
Thats(Eric) ESP, he has the Dakar Yellow vert. He lives near me but havent seen him around in a while, his daily driver is his MINI so... :???:

The Victoracer would make a HORRIBLE drag tire, as would any AutoX or Road Race tire.
Good drag tires have super soft sidewalls (see wrinkle wall slicks) but the autoX or road race tires have super stiff sidwalls that will make you spin even more off the line in a drag.
