i don't know about you guys but when i know everythings fine with the car like insurance, taxed, tyres blah blah blah.....and of course when i've not had a pint or two, i find myself bein a little bit obnoxious toward the police. i'll drive like 3mph over the limit etc...

well tonight i got pulled. as one of them walked over i said (in a cocky manner) "everything alright?" then he starts with the 'i'm above you' attitude, "no, its not alright, get out of the car and turn it off"

he claimed (along with the other two-one was a bird and quite hot actually) that i was doin 50 in a 40, i thought '****, if you'd have seen me 2 mins down the road?....(was easily doin 100 through a 40)

but anyway, he was like "is it a REAL M3 or have you just put the badges on it?" and, again, obnoxiously looked at him and said "oh, please"!

anyway i had to do a breath test which of course was fine, they told me to 'have my speedo checked out'; cos i was arguing with them sayin that i was only doin 40. they're just a bunch of tits - the lot of them!

I act polite to cops and have never been shown the slightest bit of respect back...As far as my experiences are concerned, I've not met a single half-way-decent cop in all my days; I know they're out there, but I've only experienced the ass-holes.

believe me i do my fair share of speeding. i dont complain and b*tch the cop out if i get caught though. i mean u are still breaking the law i look at speeding tickets as the price we pay to drive the way we do.

I hate it when cops are jerks, but the truth is that the nice ones are more likely to die on the job.



As for the ones who aren't so nice...at least they give us stories to tell! Like this one UCLA "University" cop who came to a screeching halt and then jumped out screeching at me and my friends for JAYWALKING. Of course we were jaywalking, we were in Westwood on a friday night where there are more jaywalkers than cars on the street.



I admit, it's really hard to not talk back when a UCLA cop is trying to assert his "authority".

Oh man, I've never encountered cops in Cali, but you should come to Boulder around our campus of CU...whoa! the cops here are OUT OF CONTROL! One got up in my face yelling at me a couple weekends ago for talking too loud out in front of my friends house b/c he probably thought I was drunk or something, the cop was all "have you got something to say!!! Lets hear you run your mouth now!!!" It was crazy, I wasn't even talking $hit, me and my friends were just figuring if we were going to the bars or not...Boulder cops are the apitomy of scum, bunch of neo-nazi prick-heads.

Im with everyone else on the fact that getting pulled over sux, but i dont see that being a punk to the cop does any good. Yeah most of them are a**holes but if were rude back then that just gives them more and more reason to single us out, i say pull over and be respectful but respect deserves respect if he doesnt show you the same turn in his badge number.

I got pulled over just south of Denver on I-25 by a cop in an unmarked Red Tahoe with what looked like a ski rack on top, but it was really disguised lights.



He walked up to the car and I said "Do I get any points for feeling like an idiot?" He laughed and said "I got you doing 90". He left to run my license and then came back and said "Since you were cool with me, I'll let you off this time."



They're out there, but few and far between.
