    Got my M3 last night!

Well, the day finally came. After waiting all winter, I picked up my 95 in Avus Blue after work yesterday. The guy I bought it from (who I also work with) was storing it in his garage for me. I hadn't seen it since November. It's even sweeter than I remember. Fantastic shape. It nearly looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. Went for a long drive last night. This car pulls HARD! Carves turns like nothing else.

My only complaint - the clutch is heavy. My left leg gets tired sitting at traffic lights. Is this just the way it is with M3's? Anybody got any ideas on how to lighten it up some.

    Thanks.

Nice! Avus Blue is a great color. Post some pics as soon as you get a chance.

As far as the clutch goes: Put it in neutral at traffic lights, don't sit on the clutch the whole time. If that doesn't help, you'll just need to build up your leg muscles

You should workout do more leg press ... You never saw a heavy one ... My RS2 has the haviest original clutch I have ever seen...

yup, m3s have a pretty heavy pressure plate compared to some of the other manuals that i've driven..... but you definitely get used to it. if not, get UUC stage 2 ltw flywheel w/ e34 m5 clutch and that'll lighten things up a bit

You will definitely get used to it. Compared to the clutch in my mustang, the M is light as a breeze.

The first night i put a centerforce 2 in my mustang i think i walked with a limp.
