well.. if you have a job your fine.. a bunch of us are in college or are just getting out... ive had mine for a few years and was in college the entire time... it costs to keep it running perfect.. the thing u have to make sure of is that you always have alittle money on the side for fixing.. its just in case.. i really haven't had many problems with my car.. just the rear diff bolt.. but thats my own doing... ur not going to want to leave the car on campus though.. so i guess the ? is.. what will u do with it when ur at school? where are u from and where are u heading for college?

I graduated in 03.. and just recently got my M. If you are living at school its nice to have a car that you can forget about.. don't care where you leave it, who you take in it and the fact that you never can clean it. I left my stang at home and bought somehting else to take up to school.. for most of school i have my lifted 92 yota pickup, which was an awesome college vehicle.. but i have changed oil, tranny fluid, starters, brakes etc etc in college lots and garages.. it sucks man. A truck / suv is great for all the moving you'll do, but even still i wouldn't have minded somehting less distinctive.

If you have the means to do it, DO IT. College is the best time of your life and you will just love it even more if you have a nice car. I'm in college right now too, but I also have a full time job so that helps immensely.
