Check Engine light still on

I recently made a stupid mistake of leaving the oil cap off for a while. No oil leaked out. The CEL came on. I pulled the codes and got 4! All were air pressures etc. Well the codes are still there after I replaced the cap.

My question is how do I make the codes go away? Do I need a peak tool?. I already put on ~500 miles since I replaced the cap. I also unpluggede my battery for 3 hours to try to reset it, and that didnt work.

I am gona recheck the codes today to make sure they are the same ones...

Any ideas?

Someone with a modic or dis has to clear the fault codes.
