K&N 63 VS 69 You Tell Me

Ok, Guys, What is the difference between the K&N 63 vs the 69? I see a lot of guys dumping their 69s for the 63. And will it fit in a e36? What are pros and cons. thanks

Isn't that designed for the E46 only.... I don't think it's compatiable with the E36.
