    Bavauto e36 3.2L Power Programmer ???

    Anyone try this thing yet?

    www.bavauto.com part # BAVPP3

(sorry, they use .asp and I can't snag a direct link to the page)

    Is it worth it ($360)?

It looks like it take a 3.2L from 240hp to 260hp (so, so), and 225 tq to 270 tq (impressive).

Just wondering if anyone's used this?

    Was a difference noticeable?

What's the fuel economy after the reprogramming?

    Any emissions issues after reprogramming?

I don't know but it looks very similar to the TMS Shark Injector. I am willing to bet that it is made for them by Turner.

I find it hard to believe a gain of anywhere near 45 ft-lbs of torque from just electronics. That's about a 20% gain- you'd be hard pressed to get that from cams much less programming.

Turner doesn't make the shark. Conforti/Eurosport makes the Shark Injector. Bavauto resells it just like turner.

The gains are false. Don't expect any power gains, a higher redline and removed speedlimiter are about the only gains.

I think AA does the BAV auto thing. I have the bavauto power programmer. Very happy with the gains in performance and rev limit/speed limit
