    HID Player Haters

Do any f%$#ers ever flash their highbeams at your xenon retrofits? It bugs the hell out of me. I usually flash my highbeams at them to show them who is boss.

I guess your HIDs are too bright. People probably don't flash their lights just to bother you.

yeah i get that a lot. definately haters. but then i guess its ok for a truck or a high pick up truck to have its lights aimed right at your rear view mirror. i could never figure out why americans have 35w bulbs and no street lighting ??????? how the f*** are ya supposed to see at night????? :soapbox:

i have 90 watt low beams and 110 watt high beams in my truck (hella sealed -beam conversion,) and 2 hella 600s at about 3 feet off the ground. i am no stranger to ways of the high beamers... whatever man, its a safety issue. i see them ( and everything else), they see me.

People stopped flashing me once I aimed mine correctly, you should try the same. I even had a cop yell at me for being on a public school's properity after dark while I was adjusting my headlamp aim. :chair:

its annoying at night my hand is almost always ready on the high beam switch waiting for some old fart to high beam me. ive freaken adjusted them time after time after time they seem perfect on the wall but i think my drivers one is slightly higher

I would dare say you are running more than the stock standard 4300K that most are now used to on the roads. IMHO anything over 6K is just overkill.

Adam, 4300k are brighter than 6,000k, lumen wise.

I think it's more of an aim thing than HID. Many cars today have them so they are nothing new to drivers. I really do hate cars with retrofit HID kits because the light output goes everywhere. It's not that bad with the E36, but with other cars it's terrible.
