So what's the new PN for the rear shelf clips?

The clips than hold down the black plastic trip part, after you fold down the seats, before you can remove the rear window shelf. They are long, also black plastic things, almost like rivets with weak one directional teeth, and a flat cap on top.

    ok fine I'll grab these

but either of those numbers send me on a wild goose chase through pelican parts. Any ideas?

Uhh... try other databases. Pelican isn't foolproof.

Yeah Pelican's website is horrible. They need to clean it up a bit.

Many of the resellers are far short of comprehensive parts listings: they just carry the most common hardware.

i got some generic "ford" ones at Advance. the heads have a slightly larger diameter but they hold just as well (ie really fkn tight and hard as hell to pop out)

IIRC - those clips can be found at any AutoZone, Checker, O'Riely etc. They are pretty much a generic, one time use clip.

try www.rmeuropean.com as well. EDIT: just looked, they don't have it either :-)

I ordered from Tischer and after waiting for a while got an NLA notification. Same of my local dealership and parts place.

Yeah they just owned pelican, I'm ordering a bunch of crap and theirs is cheaper. I don't know why I don't use them, I will now. I've always liked supporting pelican for the DIYs and their convenience. But they seem to be losing it IMO.

The stealer? Yes actually. Parts department was just "relocated".

Good tip. I'm ordering a whole bunch of other crap so I might as well, but good to know.

while I am at it... Anyone know if I need a sealing ring for the primary chain tensioner? I couldn't find much info on it or the install (OBDII) but I assume it should be really easy. Just wanted to make sure there is no sealing ring and/or updated tensioner.

                  Thanks guys.

Forget Pelican, RealOEM doesn't work for specialty parts. I've been trying to find the correct p/n for a few interior trim pieces for a year now.
