Here is the dumbest question of all. My PS reservoir was missing the rubber O ring. Does this thing fit in the cap or on the neck of the reservoir. It just doesnt seem to want to cooperate no matter where I think it might go. Hate to be outsmarted by a small piece of rubber. Thanks.:-)
