Need help sourcing a euro-spec NLA part ...

61129410627 Harness for headlight AIM control.



This is nowhere in the states at any dealer nor in Europe. So.. I am hoping someone may know of someone who has this and did not use it or knows of someone who knows someone etc ...



Any help would be great on this..

Hmm - the ETK still lists them as available and I could (theoretically) place an order for them at Tischer (getbmwparts.com). Have you tried them yet? 67169402052 is the kit with motors and all of the instructions/hardware/etc. and 61129410627 is the wiring harness. I had no issue ordering it from them when I did my retrofit, but I bought the parts almost three years ago, now. Guess they're clearing out their E36 parts. :-)


Side note: tthe power rear vent window retrofit kit, however, is finally listed as ENDED but I can still put them into Tischer's system and get prices. Not sure if they would actually ship, though. It's more expensive now ($365) than it was when I bought it (I paid $330) though.

Anubis, I have seen and heard the same from many. It's all listed on there but when they actually go to order, no such luck.

yeah i just checked availability, shows nla, none in the country, and there are none listed available in germany either. checked the country for any dealer availability as well, came up empty.

I paid 415 DM (ca. $275) for the kit and cables 15 years ago. That's hardly any change.

Indeed, although there was a time a few years ago when I saw the kit listed for $425+. Not sure why the price came down recently.

Features like electric aim with headlights, rear power vents, PDC and few more will always be high price and won't be on sale.

If this harness is NLA in US I guess there should be a way to DIY.
