    Turn Signal Issue

My turn signal is stuck on the left side and is not blinking. When I start the car it makes an erratic buzzing sound behind the dash, the arrow comes on and never goes off and neither does the signal light(no blinking). I have removed the hazard / flasher relay only to find the arrow still stays on and it still makes a buzzing sound. Any help? BTW it's a 1995 BMW M3.

Surely someone knows the answer to this.

Update: I removed both signal fuses and the lights continue on. How is that even possible?

Another detail I missed is that this issue only happens when the car is on. The lights go off with the key.

Ever find the solution to this? I currently have the same exact issue on my car.

One of your bulbs are out or a ground is not secure. Check your blinkers with your headlights on. Remember that they're dual filament so they can blink at night with headlights on. One of the filaments is probably out.
