    Quick A Pillar Question

Need to replace my right A-pillar, but, once again, RealOEM has me baffled.

I know it's #1. But, what's the difference between the "ANTHRAZIT" and "GRAU" ones? There is quite a price difference. Then there is the "all leather equipment" ones, but I'm guessing those are for BMW Individual cars. Which one do I get?

    Thanks again as always,

    -Mike

Those are colors. What is your interior color?

I should have been more specific what color is the head liner and the other a pillar trim, black (anthrazit) or grey (grau)?

Realoem has many German words in it. Use a translator if need be.

You have black A, B and C pillar covers. There is no difference for the A and C pillars between all leather equipment cars and standard cars. Both are fabric like your headliner.

The B pillar on the sedans (not coupes) come in leather ONLY if you have extended leather which you do not have and pretty much only but a mere handful of M3 owners in the U.S. even knew about it let alone have it.

Oh well I have since had my headliner redone, but I'm 99% sure it was black before. So anthracite it is then? Wonder why it is so much more expensive...

Doesn't much matter what it WAS, what is it NOW?

BMW parts pricing is quantum mechanical, if you think you understand it you are wrong...

Well I'm going to re-wrap it in the black suede that is the rest of my headliner. I mean I guess what I'm asking is it pre-covered in anthracite fabric, or is anthracite the color of the plastic?

Yes, the plastic. But I guess it doesn't matter at all since you are going to cover it with something...:-)
