Euro airbox install questions on 95M

I'm in the middle of installing my euro airbox/snorkel/HFM setup. For the most part everything is in, but I am not happy with how the airbox is sitting, it is not fully seated. Also I can't get the Euro snorkel in as the headlight aiming motors on my bosch lights are in the way (plus the horn which is now gone). Also, how do you mount the intake temp probe in the euro box? It is held in with a single 10mm bolt in the US box.

I believe if I remove the headlight I can get the snorkel in then put the light back in place. However, the fuel evap canister is interfering with the bottom of the HFM. I moved the fuel canister down one bolt hole to the middle hole. It is the non-threaded hole that requires me to use a nut to secure the bolt. I can't get the canister lower without the lower 90 degree fitting coming into contact with the PS fluid reservoir bracket.

So, what are the tricks to get this thing in place? I don't really want to relocate the charcoal canister to the passenger side currently (I'd like to keep that open for a euro coolant overflow).

Cant't help, but please post pictures, this is on my to do list. I like the bigger HFM, but the aFe airbox is mostly noise from what I can tell...

What is the small opening for on your euro airbox? I'm debating whether to just ditch the throttle body cooling loop and get rid of that thermostat.

Euro airbox fits pretty terrible with US HFM setup.. very tough to get everything to seal up.

The sensor is hoseclamped in the small hole below the HFM opening.

On a Euro, yes, but we aren't talking about that. On a US motor, the temp sensor should fit in that hole.
