I'm also switching over to Mulberry. Here is a picture of the seats installed with the factory dove grey door cards. I'm not really happy with the the contrast, but to completely switch to Mulberry, requires replacing all of the grey parts with black (dash, glove, console, cards, etc.). Hope the image helps you visualize things!

I have a black Dashboard and black seat back covers just sitting in my garage. Hit me up if you want them.

In my opinion, if you are going to do it, do it all the way. Otherwise, I'd stick to what you have. Your car is too clean to have different colors inside.

Personally, the only color I'd want to change would be Modena. Techno/Modena would be to die for. But I don't know if I'd go through that effort just to end up with another set of Vaders (I find them pretty mediocre)

Agree with most of the others. I think Mulberry and Magma are both pretty "meh". I think they have some appeal because they don't show dirt and they are somewhat less common. But I think if they were the most common color, people would find dove more desirable. A clean dove interior, there's not much else that looks as special IMHO. It also gives the interior such a nice, light, "airy" feeling.

But if you are going to do a swap, do it all the way.

I've done it. Thought it would be interesting: Mulberry seats into a dove interior car, and had planned to dye the door inserts to match. Never got that far because I was disappointed; it's very grey. Colors are in the same family but tones vary slightly between the carpet, vinyl surfaces, and seats. It COULD look factory but at the end of the day look at how undesirable grey interior is on the E46 M3... you're basically duplicating that.

Wouldn't do it again. Stick with Dove - it gives the interior more personality IMO.
