LCI E92 FRM3 Headlight Corner Amber LED Delete using NCS-Expert

I've been researching how to disable the LCI (2011-2013) E92 M3's headlights corner amber LEDs via coding them off using NCS-Expert if you have the FRM3 module.

Is it true that the amber LEDs cannot be disabled using NCS-Expert?

If possible, which modules and corresponding parameters needed to be adjusted to complete this delete?

Hi.... the central issue is the way to get to this connector (not being certain it even exists and it's anything but a welded association or something like that). According to the single picture, it may require run and HVAC unit evacuation, an excessive lot of work for the outcome... To any individual who has at any point dismantled the scramble - is there any shot at getting to this space by just eliminating HVAC/radio boards?
