Whats wrong with my DME?

For a while now, I have been getting the occasional MIL lamp into limp mode. Its getting more and more frequent with it now happening multiple times in a 15 minute drive.

According to inpa, the codes are

Error code -> Kind of error
2B54 -> E4
2B57 -> 41
2B5D -> 04

I have access to INPA, ISTA, Dr Gini, BMWLogger and MSS6X Flasher (incase anyone can point me in the right direction to get a diagnosis)

I cannot find a definitive answer online about what it is either

I have the car booked in at BMW on may 2nd as that was the earliest I could get. However its my daily driver and I have no other car so If i can fix it before then, would be great.

Looks like a ROM error (suspect Flash memory) is NOK and causing these issues.
Might need a DME replacement.
