I have a strong feeling my AC compressor is making the squeek noise when I turn on the ac.. I decided to take off the clutch and the clutch bearing seems to be quiet and smooth so im 99% certain its internal.
I found a great deal for a new Delco 471-1121 compressor and im wondering if anyone is able to tell me what the differences are between that and Denso 471-1119.
1119 looks to be the application for M3, but 1121 looks very similar.
Im hoping someone knows a little about them...
I attached images from fcp.. from the looks of it 1121 has different angles of the inlets, but im wondering if I could salvage the ones on my old Ac and reuse them.. aside from the two areas, compressor looks identical.
it seems there are plates that are bolted to the actual casing, maybe they use same casings and internals just different inlets for piping based on applications.
