Probably not limited to the E46 chassis, but that's where I'm seeing this.
Using Schroth QuickFit Pros with Simpson's Hybrid S doesn't seem to work. The combination of the QuickFit belts coming together behind the the driver, passing through the headrest posts, and the tethers being lower on the Hybrid S, means the belts end up overlapping the tethers and restricting their movement. A traditional Hans doesn't have this issue.
I'm going to talk to Simpson tomorrow to see if there's anything obvious I'm missing, but otherwise I guess I'll save the Hybrid S for when I'm riding in someone's car with a 3 point. I was hoping to be able to only have the one Hans for both situations, but I guess not.
