This design has aged so well. Great interior too.

Like most enthusiast vehicles, pricing has come down the past 6 months. Good time to buy! What's your end goal with usage?
Pretty much exactly your use case, my around the town cruiser/classic that I can throw our Husky in the back of. In a similar vein I'd love a Range Rover Classic LWB, or even an XJ Cheerokee (my family had a bright red XJ Sport about 20 years ago that saved us in an accident and was totaled out). Something about these old boxy SUV's that weren't gargantuan makes me really nostalgic

Thanks! I saw a set on eBay for $16k, but they were beat up. I'd be cool with giving you a discount, but I don't think I could price them in the teens---if interested, just shoot me a text and we'll figure it out. There's a guy on RL who lives in Europe and sells GT3 seats all the time, and I could send you his information as well.

Thanks. I've briefly looked at them before, but they seem like low quality reps. I think I'd rather have the genuine Recaros.

Maybe a little off topic here, but looking for advice. I'm looking to replace my 2016 GX460 that my wife drives with something new. She wants a GLE450, I like the X5 xDrive40i, optioned with the M-bits and tech stuff; maybe go for some Individual paint too. The big draw for me on the X5 is, the engine also has port FI, whereas the Merc is straight GDI; may get some more life out of the B58, all things considered. And, to me, the Merc is "old lady" in a way. Any thoughts/considerations are appreciated!

To keep on topic, my DD is a Tacoma SR, with various mods to include Trail wheels/grille, Rigid fogs (factory wiring), OTT tune, lighted vanity visors from upper trim models; next is suspension.
