Optimised for their SSV1, oversized, would be awesome. Not sure if their header design is less equal than Euro headers, or due to the larger diameter, but definitely lost some of the high pitch sound when I made that change.

I’ve definitely noticed a difference from various videos on IG.

I would pull the trigger on a catted equal length section 1 if someone were to offer them with high quality cats. Reached out to sunbeam and they MAY offer that option in the future.

Same here. It would be awesome to see (and hear) a catted equal length unit for the e46.

FWIW, an equal length midpipe changed the game for my Skyline. It now has this angry, higher pitched whine in the upper rev range that just sounds incredible.

Same. I'm running the AA gen 2, and you can definitely tell the difference.

As you probably know hearing an exhaust tone through your speakers isn’t the same as hearing it in person but the link has sound clips from a sunbeam equal length Section 1.

Personally, I don’t hear any difference from any other section 1.

It depends on state, my state is very lax and I can get away with it ( for now...)

The smell was horrible, it would get in my clothes and I'd stink.

I'm back to full stock euro exhaust now but with a carbon intake so just enjoying the intake.

The smell is the primary deterrent. Cabin is filling up with literal poison fumes. Not worth it, personally.
