my god is this fucking depressing. basically means that next time I FCP warranty replace these rotors, I'll actually end up paying more than I paid when I initially bought them the first time. And then by the time I'm ready to cash in for a warranty replacement on those ones, they'll probably be NLA lmao.

Same with the Mahle OX68D oil filters. Now that they're back in stock at FCP they're $13.49 vs $7.86 at RockAuto. FCP had them for $10.29 (back in 10/2022), but I think were only about $6 at RockAuto back then. The lifetime warranty seems to be of less value than before, even less so as things go NLA.

I ended up getting Zimmermanns before those went up from lik 260 to the current 345.

The increases since dec 2024 are like 30% for Zim and 40% on OEM. The SHW part linked above I was not aware of until now, seems like that price is still set against old levels (I would expect it to go up by atleast 25% (less than the above since they are positioned under the other two to start with).

If you need these rotors I'm gonna gues its last call on your chance to pay <$300 with the SHW part. If anyone needs these go get that before they go up.

Same, had I known I would’ve just gone with SHW. Crazy that only year later my lifetime replacement on Zimmerman will only cover 70% of cost.

For those interested in YoY change, I have a 7/28/22 FCP invoice for $254.49 (added in bold to quote above).

I just checked the date on mine for the thread, But not the date period OP needed.
But can also confirm your same price of $254.49 at date 10/31/22.

I think I bought at this time because FCP was going to change their policy of Free Lifetime Replacements to Replacement "credit". So I bought a full set for later. Glad I did 👍
