Don’t Have INPA Currently - Taking M3 To Shop (What do you think this is?)

See attached pic for under my oil cap. Note: There WASN’T any of the white/milky residue on the oil dipstick. At most, car was probably driven ~20 miles total from when I last started it up. Basic OBD reader is throwing the following codes: P0365 and P0017

Getting sputtering or hesitation on start probably 1/2 the time. If I clear the codes, engine revs fine/no ticking.
