    This really is not an issue imho. Honestly never heard of this before.
    EAS sold the Aurora V2 Angel Eyes for $200 (not cheap) back in 2010 with all the features you describe. In my opinion, they are all cheaply made, marked up parts and look as such.

    Yes it is. 👍🏻

    Yep, M-Tech II body package was available from BMW pre-facelift. (listed in back pages of brochure). More popular outside the USA. 330Ci “Clubsport” just one example.

    No it is not.
