Has the Turner box undergone any revisions since the V2 box came out ~2 years ago? I have a V1 and a V2 box, both lightly used and lightly blemished, that I'll be looking to sell soon and trying to price appropriately. I see that whatever version they're on, Turner has new TMS CSL boxes on sale for $1800, which is pretty wild.

Also, anywhere stateside have Karb boxes in stock ready to ship right now? Seeing a lead time of 8 weeks direct from Karb.

I'm going to have to buy a third box and save on shipping with my fenders.

Just did this like a month ago. Went from Eventuri to the Turner v2 box as I got a deal i just couldn’t pass up. Then had HTE dyno tune.

If you have the spare change, do it, especially with the strength of the US dollar

I never had an eventuri intake but intuitively I would say the difference is night and day. The majority of the noise comes from the intake plenum itself. Those cold air style intakes that mate to the stock airbox make a negligible difference in sound in comparison to a full carbon box imo.

I need to purchase a Karb intake for the silver car stat before I miss out on the sweet exchange rate. I guess the big question for me will be standard Karb + Karb CF snorkel or Karb race with integrated snorkel.

    Thanks
I updated it a few weeks ago - doesnt reflect the latest slide.

I can do a bit better still!

Hah! Never hurt to have 2 x of anything Karb, especially with their resale value always so strong.

Basically, you can get Karb delivered to you for about $1900.

lol, you've always been in everyone's good graces! You were the one that convinced me on staying on the stock diff (as opposed to 3.91/4.1) and going stock section 3 with the airbox, definitely great advice. 👍

The genuine airbox used to be about 3-4k when the car was still in production.

Best bang for buck is probably just buying the genuine one:

Apologies for messing around lol. I just hadn't seen the latest prices and was blown away. Last I saw, it was about $6k for both pieces brand new. It's almost $15k now, jesus christ

Karb box is a two month wait and has the correct weave direction.
