Funny, I don't see the word iconic in any of your posts Toby, are you drunk again? You have a weird habit of making imaginary points.
Lmao.
I’ll ask again, which e46 m3 color is most iconic to you?

They did that LSB dirty giving it grey interior and soft top. But two of my favorite colors for our carsOriginally posted by Toby22 View Post
Special as in, you know it’s an e46 m3 from a mile away with PY and LSB.Originally posted by Toby22 View Post
imola red just looks like any other red from a distance. Interlagos isn’t distinct enough (could be Topaz to some). PY and LSB are very distinct and unmistakably e46 m3 colors.
But I get your point. Why get individual option to go with a standard color.

Happy Friday. I love my diarrhea green or vomit yellow. Whichever one y’all prefer.1 Photo

There is none.
You could argue which is best till you're lsb in the face, however.

Also don't understand what "it was the initial release color" means. There were several initial release colors namely jet black, alpine white, imola, lsb, ti silver, steel gray, carbon black, phoenix, and topaz.
During the 2003.5 refresh, topaz was replaced with mystic and steel gray by silver gray,
People on the old forum I was on referred to phoenix as piss yellow and lsb as smurf blue. I think ymb is far superior to lsb anyway.

It's very similar to santorini blue for the E9X M3, not something you guys in the states can relate to but it is very similar to a blue found on half the holden commodores in NZ. PY on the other hand is quite unique and iconic I will grant. Even other yellow paints aren't quite the same. But again, seems weird to individual spec something that screams E46 M3. Kind of defeats the purpose of being able to pick from the entire paint catalogue.
