The seller does not speak about the service records or Vanos but if it everything checks out he might be able to fetch the desired money on this one. I would reverse all the grills to original, add any missing trim pieces, and get rid of those carbon fog covers.

Does seem high for that mileage, seller is leveraging dinan mods as major selling point. I'd say 30k max sounds right but what do I know about market values.
